Matt Sieh

Matt began his recruiting journey more than a decade ago with one of the Twin Cites largest and most respected recruiting firms. While there, he formed many of the relationships he maintains today while winning numerous awards for his efforts. In 2010 Matt took his knowledge and processes to form Midstates Executive Solutions to better serve his candidates and clients.  During his tenure in recruiting he has had the privilege of helping place well over 125 bank executives, lenders and staff. Following nearly a decade of success as Midstates, Matt formed a partnership with Jeremy Stolte in 2019 to build and develop a more expansive PeakView Recruiting to further our client partnerships.

Relationship building is paramount to Matt.  It is the driving force behind the success that he has had in recruiting and in life.  The ability to know the right people and connect them to the right opportunity provides his greatest working fulfillment.  He is continually inspired by helping organizations maximize their value by partnering them with individuals looking to maximize their career potential.

Away from recruiting Matt feels deeply blessed by his wife Trish and daughters Ana and Heidi.  He enjoys golf (as much as any sane person can), fishing and the outdoors in general.
