Dylan brings 2+ successful years of direct recruitment experience, specializing in the Financial Services industry. He started his career in Agricultural sales as an Intern and eventually moved into Human Resources specializing in Recruitment, Employee Relations, & Compliance.

As a Recruitment Professional Dylan’s priority is to become a part of your team and to be an extension of your work family. Dylan enjoys a difficult recruitment challenge and nothing is too big or too small for him to fill.

In August, 2024, Dylan will complete his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Western Illinois University.

In his free time Dylan enjoys playing golf and spending time with his young son.
